Key Policies
Attendance & Hours
Operating Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Late Pickup: $10 for the first 15 minutes, $10 for the next 15 minutes, then $1/minute after 30 minutes.
Absences: Full tuition due regardless of attendance. Notify us via Brightwheel if your child will be absent.
Brightwheel App: Daily updates, incident reports, and sign-in/out via QR code.
Parent Conferences: Held twice yearly (October/November and May)
Open Door Policy: Visit anytime (avoid nap hours: 1:00–3:00 PM).
Inclusion & Accommodations
Special Needs: Submit a Care Plan from your pediatrician for tailored support.
Cultural Inclusivity: Celebrate traditions through events like Hispanic Heritage Day.
Language Support: Bilingual staff and materials (English/Spanish).
Enrollment & Withdrawal
Deposit: One week’s tuition (non-refundable) to secure placement.
Withdrawal: Provide 2 weeks’ notice. Unpaid balances may affect re-enrollment.
Re-Enrollment: Priority given to existing families after absences.
Additional Policies
Dress Code: Weather-appropriate, labeled clothing. No flip-flops or expensive items.
Sunscreen/Bug Spray: Provide labeled products with a signed permission form.
Field Trips: Permission slips required. Staff-to-child ratio of 1:4 for off-site activities
Licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).
